How NTS Net can help you and your business get on the WWW.

	Our mission is to help small and medium size businesses set up an appropriate presence on the Internet. We won't bully you into buying more than you need. We won't get you started, throw together a few hastily constructed Web pages, take the money and run. We aim to help you all the way.
	We will start by talking to you about your business, about how you hope to benefit from having a presence on the Internet. We will explain the ways in which a presence on the World Wide Web can help to enhance your business prospects and, one hopes, increase your profits. With your approval, we will then go away and prepare a proposal for the phased creation of your web site, and a quotation. It will cost you nothing to find out what is involved.
	If you wish to proceed we will ask for a deposit of one quarter of the cost of the starter phase and we will then and prepare a prototype of your site.
	If you are happy with the prototype we will polish up and complete the starter site for you. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with the project - cancel it - all you will have committed is the deposit. After completion of the starter phase we will upload the pages to the Internet and you will be the proud owner of a Web Site. When you are ready we will implement further phases on the same basis.
	If you don't already have Internet access we can explain what you need and advise on what to look out for when choosing an access provider. If you wish we can host your site ourselves and provide you with a free local call rate Internet access number. If you don't already have your own domain name, we can provide you with an NTS Net sub-domain such as www.yourcompany.ntsnet.co.uk or register your name for you. Within our standard hosting package registration of a .co.uk name is free.
	Once the site is set up then somebody has to tell the world it is there. We will already have created the pages in such a way that you get the best visibility from the point of view of the automatic search engines but it is essential to register the site with appropriate directories and other databases. We can take that time consuming chore off your hands.
	A web site cannot remain static. For a retainer, we can maintain the site for you if you wish, checking links and updating information as necessary.
	Training... Many businesses will want to have a personal hand in their own Web site, updating and extending as desired. That, after all it the beauty of the Web - the ability to react quickly to circumstances, updating and modifying the content at a moment's notice. We can train your staff to do that. We will explain the principles of Web page design, the do's and don'ts essential to making a site attractive, and we can teach them the basic tool of creating Web pages - HTML, and all the tricks of the trade associated with graphics, search engine visibility, and such like.
	We are here to help. Wherever you want the balance between in-house and bought-in work to be, we will accommodate you. We can do it all, or we can hold you hand and help you to do it yourself, as you wish. If we can help you set up a Web site you are proud of we will have succeeded!
